Rap Sessions continues its 10-city 2012 National Tour, starting in Chicago at Columbia College of Chicago at 6:00 pm on September 13, 2012. Moderated by Bakari Kitwana, author of the forthcoming book Hip-Hop Activism in the Obama Era, with special guest: Chuck D (hip-hop artist/founder of Public Enemy).

The tour focuses on the significance of grassroots activism to the hip-hop generation and what’s at stake for the youth vote in Election 2012.
